The purpose of these guidelines is to outline to staff and stakeholders the checkout procedures and requirements for loaning the Maryland Emergency Response System (MDERS) Training and Exercise (T&E) Trailer. This equipment was purchased with FY2016 Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) funds to serve as a regional training resource for the Maryland-National Capital Region (NCR).
