Mission

To support the integration of emergency management; fire, rescue, and emergency medical services; law enforcement; public health; and healthcare
systems to ensure a coordinated response to emergency incidents through strategic planning, information sharing, training, exercises, and equipment acquisition.

Vision

To serve as the single point of collaboration between all disciplines involved in emergency response in order to achieve integration to optimize all capabilities and provide superior service to the residents and visitors of Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties.
